Airport-Resort Transfers
Different rates apply and change depending on point of origin and number of persons in group. Contact us directly for costs and to make arrangements. The following costs are provided as a general guide for one-way transportation:

Arriving Matei:
US $75 pp* One way
Arriving Savusavu:
US $100 pp* One way
*price based on 2 pax min; inquire for parties with 3+ guests

Upon reservation, our driver will pick you up at the airport and bring you to the landing on Taveuni. Our boat will then take you to our resort - approx. 20-30 minute scenic boat ride. Please contact us for arrangements if arriving from Savusavu.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A courtesy hold will be placed for a period of 24 hours upon request. 50% Deposit due at time of booking confirmation; Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival. In the event that a cancellation request is made prior to 60 days, 50% refund (subject to a 10% administrative fee and wire/credit card fees to process the refund).
Guests may rebook without penalty if request is made prior to 30 days of original arrival date.
Cancellations or requests to rebook must be received by e-mail.
